bi-Cube® eGOV stands for bi-Cube® solutions for the sector eGovernment.
The core of all solutions is a central administration of all direct or indirect
involved persons and a system with the possibility to assign rights extremely
dedicated (particularly by roles) and combined with corresponding authorization
processes ( Identity-Management = IdM). The solution area for public administration
includes multiple original functions of
bi-Cube® which are
always customized to the special requests.

Thus the unique developed bi-Cube®
architecture offers a broad extent of flexibility combined with efficient
functions which simplify the management and therefore offer more comfort for
the citizens and administrative staff.
Early Childhood Screening
With the force of relevant laws in each state (configurable) is a screening
procedure for the “UX” test for all children of the required age group introduced.
The Institut für System-Management developed a software solution to support the process
of increasing the participation rates for the mentioned test which is for
the wellbeing and protection of children and to identify potential families at
risk.
The software solution UX-Control
will atomize the process to send out invitations to all parents to participate at
each examination for their children. Due to the Feedback from doctors, the solution
can check if the child’s examination has occurred. If there was no response then the
responsible Health Office or a similar institution will be informed.
The examinations to be documented by births in the state or the
UX-Control
solution recordings for each child, demonstrates that this calculative technical
support is sensible and efficient. In addition, a possible error rate is largely
minimized with a comprehensive documentation and automated process tracking.
Central Student Management
To control the fulfillment of the compulsory school attendance and to guarantee the
protection of the children, the main challenge for schools and authorities consists
in creating a research possibility of school age kids.
The bi-Cube®
Adaption solution administers student and teachers in a central database.
Each student’s career record is available for central analysis. Bi-directional
data synchronization to the individual school management systems, used in various
schools is executed by intelligent interface programs. Schools may use the student
data of the central database thru their intranet.
By this central school management a gapless school attendance can be verified and
complicated administration and official visits are avoided.
Early Speech Training
Often a speech therapy for school age kids is required prior to school enrollment.
With bi-Cube® Adaption it
is possible to centrally record needed speech therapy and schedule corresponding courses
at adequate preschools (Kindergarten), so that these children will be well prepared when
it is time to attend first grade, usually in the fall. Their data is automatically
transferred to a system. The management by the entitled employees of the preschools or
Kindergartens is executed directly at the web.
Since the software-managed kids are automatically planned for a speech test;
the parents of those children which do not visit a preschool or Kindergarten
will be notified by postal mail with an invitation for the test.
Security & Data Protection
A very sophisticated authorization system which does not only include a role model,
but in addition to the request and release of authorizations, also enables a
comprehensive reporting and ensures besides the following functions the concerns
of data protection and security:
• Use of security classification for all objects and users to control and monitor the allocation of authorizations.
• Restriction to data views for the user to the part of the data needed for his task
• Automatically deletion of data after a certain event occurred
• Report of who executed what operation
• Prevention of inadmissible right-combinations by separation of duties
