Reorganisation of Authorisation Processes (RAPneu),
Centralised User Management ( bi-Cube^® Professional)

„The project RAPneu in closed collaboration with the project WIntel RCE Roll-out has realised the administration of user’s authorisations of the office duty inclusive the allocation of ADS authorisations in the centralised user management. The ADS and authorisation entries control the access authorisations on network drives as well as the accesses on drives and programs.

bi-Cube^® Professional (ZUM) is an audit proof and efficient application for security management. All data of employees, organisation and users as well as corporate group structures are administered.

By the migration of aged data of the NT and Novell environment in the bi-Cube^® database a plenty of user’ s authorisation entries were transferred, which must be consolidated widely from now on.

By the end of April 2005 the request and allocation procedure for starting and changing authorisation data, controlled by workflow, are going to be finished.“
