Jörg Hinnemann from Atos Origin about bi-Cube® Professional (ZUM)"Due to bi-Cube® Professional we are able to offer our customer E-Plus a comfortably operated and reliable product by that systems authorisations can be applied and administrated automatically by the user. The possibility to create reports out of the database allows us to reconstruct the legality of the user authorisations and to protect our data reasonably. Because of the automated user building, user modification and user deleting we were able to reduce our running costs significantly and as a consequence to achieve the ROI. Because of the automatic connection of the personnel administration system the authorisations of the administrated employees are deleted in an automated Workflow. That enables us to reduce the number of “authorisation bodies” in our systems. By means of SDI we have got also the possibility to apply and administrate forms electronically since the beginning of this year.
