Training courses

We regularly organize trainings for centralized user and authorization management. It is essential to take part of these certificate courses, for the distribution and usage of bi-Cube^® products.

Training courses are offered for the products:
- bi-Cube^® IPM and
- bi-Cube^® SSO

Target groups of our trainings courses are:

For the product bi-Cube^® IPM, a three part training and for bi-Cube^® SSO, a one part training is provided. Furthermore an Admin-Workshop is organized annually.

The certifications will expire after two years and can be renewed any time. Therewith, only the accordant last received certification has to be renewed. For Example: The bi-Cube^® IPM CA can be renewed by repeating the bi-Cube^® IPM CA. Exemption is the
bi-Cube^® IPM CU, which has to be graduated only once. By attending the ADMIN Workshops regularly the certification can be extended for 1 year.

Confirmation of registration
After registration, the applicant will receive a temporary confirmation of participation via e-mail or fax.

Is 3 weeks prior to the class a minimum number of participants achieved, iSM will confirm the dates of the class and then charge the course fee.

Cancellation by the course participant
· Cancellations have to be in writing and may be sent by e-mail to infosecu-sys.de erfolgen.
· A replacement may be announced free of charge, as long as this person meets the participation requirements.
· Cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to the course are free of charge.
· Cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to the course; 20% of the course fee will be charged.
· Cancellations up to 1 week prior to the course; 60% of the course fee will be charged.
· With a later cancellation than mentioned above, the complete course fee will be charged.

Cancellation by iSM
iSM has the right to cancel the course 3 weeks prior to the beginning date, if the minimum number of participants is not achieved. Also if the instructor is not able to teach the class or other important reasons exist. In case of cancellation, all participants will be informed immediately and paid fees will be refunded. Other claims of the participants to iSM are excluded.
